Public seminars and in-company seminars and workshops in the management of workplace conflict. We provide a full range of interactive workshops for the entire company. We tailor the in-house training to your specific requirements.
We provide mediation as an informal process in assisting those in conflict to reach a voluntary resolution to their dispute/difficulties. As mediators, we do not engage in making judgements. Total confidentiality is assured.
We will work with you in developing and/or enhancing your bullying and harassment policy and grievance procedures. We will help you in the design of documentation that will support your policies. With your agreement, we will carry out a periodic audit of the effectiveness and continued suitability of your policies.
